CUSTOM ORDER SHIPPING CLERK

Montana Silversmiths has a fantastic opportunity to join our Custom Order Shipping Team. If you enjoy serving people, problem solving, working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, providing outstanding customer service, are a team player, and are technically proficient with the Microsoft Office platform, this position may be a great fit for you.

In this role you will be responsible for picking, packing, and verifying custom product to fulfill orders per work orders and packing slips. You will inspect all custom product for quality and accuracy, support stock order picking and shipping to ensure departmental goals are met, and help make sure deadlines and event dates are achieved. As part of the shipping team, you will also perform data entry tasks, prepare supporting shipment documentation, and create shipping labels and documents through various carrier and vendor software. Schedule: Monday - Friday from 7am - 3:30pm

Education: A High School Diploma is preferred

Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience

ASSISTANT RETAIL SALES MANAGER (FULL-TIME)

Montana Silversmiths is seeking an Assistant Retail Sales Manager in our Branson, MO Retail Store to help lead day-to-day store execution and deliver an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach and develop associates, uphold merchandising and operational standards, lead by example, and step in as Manager-in-Charge as needed.  Schedule varies and will include some weekends.  Competitive wage and benefits available, DOE.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred, or equivalent of 2–5 years of relevant retail work experience.
• Proficient computer skills, including POS, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with cash management.
• Strong sales, customer relationship, communication, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated business acumen, relationship building, leadership, initiative, and a results-oriented mindset.
